We are pleased to once again be hosting a 3-day hands on SERGER Boot Camp.
But now with FOUR DAYS!!!
Patsy Shields will return October 7th – 10th to take us through our sergers from top to bottom.
October 7th, 2026 (Day 1)
All the basics including how to properly thread your serger, handling fabric on a serger, French seams, invisible terrycloth seams, serging inside/outside corners and more!
October 8th, 2026 (Day 2)
How to sew elastic (factory style), how to use three thread, how to rolled hem, how to gather, pintucking, crochet edging and more!
October 9th, 2026 (Day 3)
All cover hem! How to thread it and what to sew with it including attaching lingerie elastic, lace, shirring, chain stitching and more!
October 10th, 2026
We will put it all together and make a chain/cover stitch purse!
(must have a cover stitch machine)
From the basics to advanced techniques. You will say “I didn’t know I could do that on a serger!”
This hands-on class is for everyone! If you are thinking about buying a serger, or if you want to learn more about your serger, this is the class for you.
Cost for the event is $279.00.
It’s recommended you bring your own serger if you have one (air threading sergers only).
If you do not have a serger we can provide a machine (limited quantities).
