We are filling positions in our customer service representative family. This is an entry level position so no previous work experience is needed. Any knowledge of sewing, quilting, or embroidery techniques would be a plus, but we are willing to train.
Responsibilities:
- Our customer service representatives are responsible for assisting both new and existing customers with a wide variety sewing related concerns including:
- Fabric color selection
- Quilting/Sewing/Embroidery project help
- Machine troubleshooting
- Fabric Cutting
- Sample Sewing
- Besides direct interaction with various customers the applicant should be willing to participate in the following activities:
- Light house keeping
- Telephone answering/message taking
- Scheduling of appointments
- Setting up/taking down various displays
- Carrying items (upwards of 30lbs)
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Bending/Lifting products
- Cutting Fabric
- Assisting with alterations
- Other
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with people.
- At least 18 or high school graduate.
- Willingness to learn/adapt
