The Aubergine quilt was designed especially for those that love purple! Or to convert those who didn’t think they were. Aubergine Block of the Month program features Kay England’s Purple Majesty collection. The word aubergine is French for eggplant – the purple-black color of eggplant being one of the rich colors in this regal collection. The array of colors of lavender, mauve, and of course purple with a touch of dusty blue and cool green give this quilt the eye catching appeal!
During this 8-month Block of the Month (BOM) program, you will receive the pattern and fabrics needed to complete the quilt top including borders and binding. Piecing this quilt is an adventure using Deb Tucker Rulers and Technique Sheets. This can also be completed the traditional way!
